* Tip: Start the truck and pull out the Relay for the fuel pump while it's running.. The truck will dies shortly after that ..** This save having gas poor all over you when you disconnect the fuel lines

First off make sure you disconnect the battery ( you will have to disconnect the ALT wires)

Second drain the radiator.

Third disconnect the upper radiator hose.

In this pick I took off the the Alt & Compressor.... I highly recommend keeping them all together and pull the bracket off that holds them instead of ALT. then the AC.....

If I remember there are 4 bolts. ( 9/16th )

Now here a little tip ... Take some ZIP TIES or some rope and tie off the ALT/AC off to the fender .. This will keep it out of the way and give you allot of room to work

From here you want to disconnect the fuel lines and all the injectors ..

Don't worry about trying to remember where every thing goes ... Dodge has it set up so even the dumbest DTO member cant get the wires crossed .. ( thank god )

This is a pic of my custom Plenum plate, built be me...

inside of the oily intake ..

Yes those are nice and shiny aluminum heads :-}

Here's the DTO link to Bigg_billy's Post on replacing the Plenum ..
